Usability Report

This report outlines the results of usability testing on my website and helps me identify areas of improvement. I performed testing virtually with three participants who performed four tasks. The results were collected through the task-based protocols, a pre-testing questionnaire, and post-testing questionnaire. This report goes over the research question, methods, results, discussion, and conclusion.
